This is Arumanis Mango, one of the tastiest and juiciest fruit at Indonesia, I reckon. Hell, even the taste isn’t lesser to Durian, the fruit I talked about several days ago.
I remembered when I was still at junior high school, my mother used to buy several of them every week. Then, almost every night she peeled that magnificent fruit for me to eat.
I have to admit, the taste was heavenly. For the price, it was worth it. We—me, my mother, and my father—used to sit together around dining table to eat it. At that time, I felt content. I couldn’t ask for more.
But that time has already long gone, and now I never eat that fruit again. I am too lazy to peel that fruit, even to eat it. Wish the circumstances could be better.
