Nature

A Sound I Missed

Jangkrik.jpg
When I was on vacation with both of my parent to take care our second house, every night I hear cricket’s sound. The sound, although rhythmic, but actually kind of comforting.

I don’t know why. It’s just…

It felt right.

I felt like nature was with me, accompanying me and my family through the night. I didn’t feel lonely any longer. I don’t know how I precisely can describe this, but this rhythmic sound made me feel like I’m a part of the nature itself.

It was like: “I’m not alone here. There are animals and living things here and somewhere, so I should be grateful about what nature has to offer.”

One of the rhythmic sound I never heard again, even now.
